Our story

Paloma Software builds PalomaGrants, grant management software for foundations and other funders. Most foundations are small, and the tools built for them are priced for funders ten times their size. PalomaGrants gives them the full grant cycle, from application to impact report, at a published price.

Who we are

Tim Turner, co-owner and lead engineer, has spent 25 years building software in regulated industries: pharmacovigilance, payments, and education. He has taken products through SOC and ISO 9001 audits and built payment systems on ACH, real-time payments, and cards.

Jeanne Turner, co-owner, runs operations and marketing.

How we work

We pick proven technology so the surprises are in the product, not the plumbing. We ship to real users early, publish our prices, and answer every message ourselves.

We also run Panda Wolf Games, our games and books division.
